Paint (or wallpaper) is the number one way to transform a space, and it is also the number one way to define it. So when two people who are more than amiable roommates (i.e., married...) have to decide on a color scheme, things can become rather tricky. You've seen shows like "designing for the sexes," but what if you can't afford to have a professional guide you through the process of couples-style? I believe a couple can bring their styles together successfully if each person is willing to learn along the way. When we were deciding on color schemes, we picked up a few great lessons that I'll be highlighting over the next few posts.
