housewalking : 6

Today's little number was built in the '30's and like most WFB homes, it is much larger on the inside than it appears to be from the outside.

The facade is a sparkly limestone (we think), and the most recent sellers added the standout stones to give it depth. The door is solid wood and is quite attractive close-up. The awning is aged copper.

The best part? When it was on the market last summer, it was out of our price range! If I recall correctly, the square feet is comparable to our home, but the craftsmanship inside and the addition of the sunroom to the left shoot it up in value.

Nice things certainly come in small packages.
