This fall marks the first anniversaries of great loss in a handful of our friends' lives. And Hawk is no stranger to deep pain; he lost one of his best and life-long friends the year we met. I think we all struggle to express our love and concern for those we love as they live through such loss, and I think this article by the European Paper Company gives simple but important advice for those of us wanting to express, with words, our care at such a difficult time.
