Remember that terrible interesting movie, Donnie Darko, and Drew Barrymore's comment that the most beautiful word combination in the English language is "cellar door"? Well, whenever I hear someone mention "the attic," I perk up and recall every great movie or book that involves an attic discovery. Think The Magician & His Boy, The Spiderwick Chronicles, and Goonies.
